Overview

Everyday Health is a leading provider of digital health and wellness solutions.  Everyday Health’s consumer-focused properties include online content, interactive tools and applications designed to allow consumers to manage a broad array of health and wellness needs.  We are currently seeking a Content Marketing Manager to join our growing organization.  The ideal candidate will identify content needs and propose creative new ways to tell the Everyday Health innovation story.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Work closely with the Head of Integrated Marketing, and other stakeholders, including sales, editorial, creative design, product, account management to create compelling content targeting our B2B customers: media planners & strategists, brand and digital managers at pharmaceutical/OTC  companies.
  • Research, write, and edit content, including but not limited to whitepapers, blog posts, ebooks, social media posts, webinars, video scripts, infographics, emails, presentations, press releases, interactive content and web copy.
  • Develop and manage editorial calendar and source content focused on our B2B customers.
  • Measure and report on content effectiveness and optimize programs and content based on analysis of target audience engagement.
  • Work with SEO team to optimize available content.
  • Leverage relevant social media outlets to promote our content to B2B customers
  • Coordinate and prepare content for relevant conference eg. Digital Pharma, ePharma, etc.
  • Develop press releases for relevant publications eg. PharmaVoice, PM360, MM&M.

Qualifications

WHAT YOU BRING

  • At least 3+ years experience in content marketing
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
  • BA Marketing, journalism, business, communications
  • Experience developing compelling content across the types listed above
  • Prior work in B2B solutions, preferably in pharmaceutical or healthcare environment.
  • Strong digital experience
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in English
  • Editorial mindset that seeks to understand what audiences consume and how to create it, intellectual curiosity
  • Hands on experience with SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Expertise in social media platforms
  • Knows how to use, Google Analytics, Salesforce
  • Project management skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent, professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Exceptional time and project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple stakeholders with changing priorities
