Offers.com is seeking an online marketer with an enthusiasm for paid search to join our team of experts.  This position requires excellent analytical skills, an inquisitive and detail-oriented nature, and online marketing savvy.

Responsibilities

Manage Large-Scale Paid Search Campaigns

  • Take ownership of all aspects of campaign management for your vertical to meet or exceed forecasts and goals
  • Conduct weekly performance reviews with your manager to discuss strategies and opportunities
  • Forecast future performance and opportunities based on historical and seasonal trends

 

Decide with Data

  • Analyze and translate large amounts of data into actionable insights to improve and expand your PPC campaigns
  • Use our proprietary PPC platform to make informed decisions and answer questions like “what’s next?” for your vertical
  • Continually seek growth opportunities through testing, experimentation, and data analysis

 

Improve Efficiencies and Grow our Business

  • Identify and suggest ways to make team workflows and processes more efficient
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve website quality and conversion rates
  • Assist with improving proprietary tools used to manage the business

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of full-time experience in paid search marketing (preferably in-house)
  • Bachelor’s Degree (math, economics, marketing, or advertising preferred)
  • Working knowledge of Google AdWords, Bing Ads, and Yahoo Gemini
  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel (e.g. pivot tables and vlookups)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a results-oriented environment, both individually and as part of a team
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks
  • Eagerness to meet and exceed objectives and take on more responsibility
