The Account Services Targeting & Insights Analyst is responsible for collaborating with the Account Executive team in identification and ongoing optimization of client program targets, ensuring that operational teams have clearly identified targets to reach the right health care professional with the right message and marketing channel.  The Analyst will also provide analytical support to understand assigned program strategic imperatives and derive related insights from program performance data.  The Analyst will work closely with the Sales Team, Account Executives, IT, Data Analysts, Marketing, and Operations personnel to meet business needs, client deadlines, and program deliverables.


  • Analysis of the campaign objectives and the corresponding program performance with the intent of identifying actionable insights that can support program optimization and the pursuit of renewed business
  • Provides assistance in program and target optimization across company Multichannel Marketing platforms
  • Performs data reconciliations, evaluates quality, identifies errors and trends, and notifies program stakeholders of trends
  • Assists in the preparation of data reports, charting, and presentations for internal and external meetings
  • Interacts with cross-functional teams to process, integrate, and analyze related data
  • Ensures data governance and enforcement of data throughputs within operational channels based on established controls and procedures
  • Contributes to data alignment and improvements through interaction with IT and Data Analysts


  • 4 Year College Degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, market research, or data analytics
  • Adobe Analytics / Omniture experience a plus
  • Strong Microsoft Suite Skills required, including Excel and Power Point
  • Strong communication skills
  • Balance high-priority deliverables to meet client expectations
  • Ability to understand the medical / pharmaceutical industry regulatory environment, organizing principles, and business models; pharmaceutical industry experience a plus
  • Understanding of digital content, marketing platforms/delivery systems and their business models
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently – self-motivated, knowledgeable, and passionate for success
  • Ability to solve problems and bring timely resolution to issues
  • Ability to collaborate and work well with internal departments and stakeholders
  • Positive attitude with high degree of curiosity
