Overview

The Everyday Health Professional team is breaking new ground and we want you to be a part of it! We are looking for someone to join our team who understands our professional HCP business, customers, and how it all comes together to drive unprecedented growth! We need a Manager of Sales Strategy to provide best in class pre-sales support to our sales organization by closely partnering with them to develop six and seven figure digital campaigns for our pharmaceutical clients.  In this position you are responsible for understanding our clients’ marketing goals and communicating capabilities and developing proposals that clearly highlight the value of our solutions and increase revenue through high close rates.  The Manager of Sales Strategy will report to Senior Direct of Strategy and work closely with planning/pricing and internal teams.  You will be measured on your ability to interpret and manage customer and sales requests and provide strategic, custom digital solutions that drive the business and exceed sales goals.  You will learn how to collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams, develop customer facing sales materials and proposals that tell a story and partner with high performing sales executives to drive revenue goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Strategy with sales team to provide insightful and engaging capability presentations and proposals  
  • Customize expert presentations and proposals that communicate knowledge of our customers and the value of our solutions.
  • Configure strategic proposals that exceed client expectations and maximize revenue for the company
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of our value proposition, products, and data capabilities
  • Develop relationships and collaborate closely with key internal departments in strategic planning, marketing, editorial and brand management
  • Work with data analytics and insights to communicate targeting and reporting that support the needs and objectives of our customers
  • Maintain team status reports and provide sales analysis including YOY tracking, close rates and account market research

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-5 years’ experience with digital media and advertising
  • Pharmaceutical marketing and/or digital media experience a plus
  • Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills
  • Strong communication and collaborative skills
  • Ability to meet multiple deadlines in a fast paced and evolving environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with and manage cross-functional teams
  • Positive, up-beat, can-do attitude
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
