Responsibilities

  • Work with our sales representatives and marketing staff to generate compelling custom ad programs.
  • Create a high volume of RFP specific proposals.
  • Project-manage programs post-sale, from timelines to reporting.
  • Create sales collateral and research presentations.
  • Tell stories with data using our syndicated research and proprietary analytics.

Qualifications

  • Two years of online sales assistant experience.
  • Creativity, especially when it comes to describing and matching our capabilities to client needs.
  • Concise, punchy and compelling writing style.
  • People skills. This role includes front-line work with our most important customers as well as lots of interaction with Ziff Davis colleagues.
  • Familiarity with syndicated research and web analytics.
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite PowerPoint impresarios are our favorite candidates.
