    IGN Entertainment is looking for a responsible, self-motivated rock star who can sell! Our Account Executive supports the West Coast National Sales Manager to meet quarterly goals that cover gaming accounts at the client and agency level.


    Our ideal candidate has experience in the digital space, is familiar with the publisher/agency/client relationship and wants to be in a sales role too


    What does that mean exactly?

    • Maintain knowledge of the industries, trends and market we service
    • You’ll be the main planning and selling support for National Sales Manager/Director
    • You’ll be the day to day contact for client needs
    • Work to meet and exceed Quarterly and Annual Sales Goals
    • Manage and Supervise Sales Coordinator’s day to day duties
    • Help National Sales Manager/Director build solid relationships with clients
    • Represent the IGN Entertainment with a high level of integrity and knowledge and act as a resource for your clients and agencies


    What will get you in the door?

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
    • 2-4 years of online media experience
    • Previous sales or agency experience is preferred
    • Must be able to work efficiently and effectively under tight deadlines
    • You’ve got a positive, problem solving attitude
    • You’ve successfully managed multiple projects simultaneously
    • Excellent written, presentation and oral communication skills
    • Team Player and ability to work well with others on the sales team and across departments/organization
    • Must have strong communication skills; self motivated and a strong attention to detail
    • General proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT, Word, Photoshop is a plus) required, as well as the ability to quickly understand and learn any propriety IGN software programs. (Familiarity with additional programs such as Operative, Netsuite, or Salesforce is a plus)
