As a member of the Business Intelligence team, you will help tie the whole picture together from all of Ziff Davis’ businesses and gain exposure to a broad range of products and teams along the way. This role reports to the Manager of Business Intelligence and is based in our NYC Corporate Office. Due to the high-level audience you will have executive visibility as well as the chance to hone your skills in identifying and communicating compelling data narratives.

  • Work cross-functionally across Ziff Davis’ businesses to identify, collect and interpret key metrics and business drivers
  • Build and maintain Tableau dashboards that concisely convey important information
  • Uncover insights and iterate on reports and dashboards
  • Use SQL and Redshift to convert raw data into usable analytical data sets
  • Ensure data integrity and QA sources


  • 2 years of experience in an analytical role. Business intelligence experience a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • A desire to answer questions and uncover insights with real business impact
  • A curious, analytical mind with strong follow-through
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to convey complex findings concisely
  • Experience working with BI tools such Tableau, Qlikview, Looker or Domo is ideal
  • Ability to conduct analysis on medium to large datasets using tools that may include Excel, SQL, R or Python is preferred
  • Familiarity with Amazon Web Services, specifically S3 and Redshift is a plus
  • Experience in digital media or tech preferred
