Everyday Health, a leading provider of digital health and wellness solutions, is looking for a dynamic and passionate product expert that can lead a cross functional team in setting the overall product vision for our consumer business and accelerate our rate of product innovation across web and mobile platforms. You’ll execute at the highest level in a dynamic environment, hire and mentor a high performance team, and develop a strong product. Reporting directly to Everyday Health Consumer’s EVP and General Manager, you will collaborate with Engineering, Design, Audience and Analytics to build world-class products designed to allow consumers to manage a broad array of health and wellness needs.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

  • Own our evolving consumer product set –advancing  our product roadmap to support short and long-term growth 
  • Build and lead the product team, creating a test and learn culture focused on producing excellent products and experiences for consumers
  • Collaborate with internal partners  to develop and optimize product development processes in order to enhance Everyday Health’s partnership offering
  • Evangelize and practice the test and learn methodology to quickly and efficiently identify and evaluate opportunities that will inform the roadmap
  • Identify and vet new opportunities to drive engagement with our end users, and own the delivery of product tests to validate those ideas

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring:

  • 8+ years of product management leadership experience within the digital consumer space 
  • A record of building and bringing great consumer products to market that have achieved significant scale and success 
  • Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to evolve product strategy based on user feedback, research, data and industry trends
