Responsibilities

What does that mean exactly?

  • Support the pre and post sales process for the sales team including the Inside Account Executive, Regional Sales Executive/Manager/Director.
  • Track all current, booked, and outstanding business using Database Entry Tools such as Salesforce and Operative.
  • Own the post sales process by ensuring proper QA and implementation of ads/ custom ad executions and integrated programs.
  • Provide great customer service to clients and agencies.
  • Ability to learn IGN Ad Products and Ad Specs, and communicate these details to agencies and clients.
  • Provide detailed reporting and wrap up decks for client and agency advertising campaigns.
  • Maintain knowledge of the industries, trends and market to best service clients and agencies.
  • Help develop sales collateral and one-sheets to help educate clients and agencies, while supporting sales teams’ efforts.
  • Manage IGN’s Reservation System, including making adjustments to reservations to maintain current and relevant order status
  • Owning everything post sales including, but not limited to maintaining up to date knowledge of all campaigns running including making adjustments to insertion orders and proposals, sending screenshots to clients.
  • Assist in pulling research/data and screenshots to support Account Executive with RFP responses.
  • Work closely with other departments, including Ad Operations, Sales Development, Design + Creative, Video and Editorial.
  • Assistance in planning client entertainment/ events and travel when necessary.
  • Handle billing questions/ client invoices when necessary.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Must be enthusiastic and spirited, have a friendly disposition and a positive attitude
  • Must have strong written and oral communication skills; self-motivated and a strong attention to detail
  • Must be able to work efficiently and effectively under tight deadlines
  • General proficiency in Microsoft Office required, as well as the ability to quickly understand and learn any propriety IGN software programs. (Familiarity with additional programs such as Photoshop, Operative or Salesforce is a plus)
