In this role you'll oversee a team of account managers who are responsible for media planning, campaign launch and delivery, campaign performance analysis and optimization, and client communication and satisfaction. Your goal is to ensure campaigns deliver and achieve client KPI's so clients renew and value What to Expect as a strategic partner. You'll be coaching and developing a world-class team that takes pride in creating an exceptional customer experience in a fun and enriching environment.
In addition to leading a team, you will help manage cross-functional process improvements and efficiencies by working closely with Sales Development, Marketing, Ad Operations, Product, and Analytics.

You and your team will regularly review overall business and client-level performance to identify trends, pinpoint weaknesses and put action plans together to ensure that we are delivering on client KPIs
You love data and crunching numbers. You have experience with Excel, pivot tables, vlookups and compiling and analyzing data cross numerous sources into a single report to uncover insights and make decisions and recommendations
