What to Expect, the world's best-known pregnancy and parenting brand, is seeking an experienced Director of Account Management. In this role you'll oversee a team of account managers who are responsible for media planning, campaign launch and delivery, campaign performance analysis and optimization, and client communication and satisfaction. Your goal is to ensure campaigns deliver and achieve client KPI's so clients renew and value What to Expect as a strategic partner. You'll be coaching and developing a world-class team that takes pride in creating an exceptional customer experience in a fun and enriching environment.

In addition to leading a team, you will help manage cross-functional process improvements and efficiencies by working closely with Sales Development, Marketing, Ad Operations, Product, and Analytics.




About the Work: 


  • You'll attract, hire, manage, and maintain a team of high performing Client Success Managers


  • You'll provide upfront packaging and pricing for all new products


  • You and your team will regularly review overall business and client-level performance to identify trends, pinpoint weaknesses and put action plans together to ensure that we are delivering on client KPIs

  • You'll provide ongoing guidance, mentorship, and coaching to your team - creating an environment where feedback is a gift
  • You will be the primary point of contac for service execution and will partner closely with the sales team to ensure we exceed sales and customer expectations
  • You'll assist with account and campaign escalations, providing customer focused solutions


  • You'll drive ongoing and measurable improvements to the customer experience


  • Manage projects and programs related to improving service delivery to our SMB customers
  • You'll Perform quarterly pricing review of rate card and track revenue and opportunities


About You:


  • You have a strong background in Client Services and/or media planning
  • You have experience developing and implementing client success management workflow and best practices
  • You love (and are exceptional at) executing projects that involve quantatative analysis, industry research, and strategy development
  • You love data and crunching numbers. You have experience with Excel, pivot tables, vlookups and compiling and analyzing data cross numerous sources into a single report to uncover insights and make decisions and recommendations
